Easy returns

Return Policy:

• Customers have 7 days after receival to file for a refund 
• Refunds are only made once all items have been received and inspected.
• To start the return process please send us an email to ellezhandbags@outlook.com with your name and order number, along with the reason for the return.
• You may purchase your return label at your preferred shipping store; we do not refund return expenses
• Returned items must be without any signs of wear. Signs of wear include but are not limited to: makeup stains and fragrance odors. 
• We reserve the right to refuse returns for any reason
